Failing bridge

The inadequate barriers have been moved and thrown around. The bridge is collapsing further and now presents a clear hazard to the public. This has been going on for a year and the response has been at best pathetic. Either remove the bridge, close it properly or don't bother. I will be contacting the local MP in regard to this.
