Failing bridge

Both handrails on the bridge have rotted away. Already reported. The barriers put in place are not adequate. There are only 2 sections on one side leaving a large gap. They have already been pushed into the ditch as they are not secured. In addition, they are filthy, is your equipment not cleaned or maintained. I would be ashamed to be responsible for work of such a low standard.
