Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9808925.
A lorry is parked on the corner of rutland way, Ls9 0fb opposite number 42 constantly blocking the pavement, buggies, prams and wheelchairs have to walk on the road. It is a vehicle recovery HGV and sometimes brings home recked cars. It does not use lights overnight. Rutland way has a side street and he parks on that junction blocking cars views turning. The lorry comes and goes throughout the day and stays overnight.
