Overgrown hedges, shrubs and trees which are obstructing the pavement for pedestrians on Wessex Street

The flats at the end of Wessex Street- Wessex Court have many hedges which are now growing onto the pavement. For people passing with prams or young children it’s obstructing. Until they are cut back they will grow more and become more of an issue. On the street itself there are also weeds which are growing by the pavenents on both sides of the street.
