Stagnant putrid water

Reported in the Parks/landscapes category anonymously at 13:36, Tue 14 February 2017

Sent to Preston City Council 5 minutes later

For a number of years haslam park has had standing water issues but this past year the puddles have become stagnant/putrid/disease filled causing illness for any dog that goes in them. How do we go about getting these filled? I'm sure I can fundraise for whatever the costs are if you can point me in the right direction
