Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9804208.

The street is a no through road and cars persist in parking opposite both mine and my neighbours from 9 am until around 7pm which means if can get out of our drives we cannot get back in. This constantly happening Monday to Friday. We try to get our cars out and park there ourselves before 8 am so they are unable to park but this is not always possible as take and collect mr grandsons to school and have to use my car as he lives around 5 miles from me. Would like to apply for resident only parking but not sure how to do this.
