Unfilled pavement and barriers blocking pavement and road parking

Sent to West Sussex County Council and Worthing Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9803152.

The council came to remove a tree stump a few weeks ago (23 June), and the pavement has been left partially blocked, with the pavement dug up, and barriers on each side. This also blocks the parking space on that section of road, which is directly outside my flat and prevents anyone living in the surrounding houses to park in that spot. Is there a timeline for when this work will be finished?
