The recently planted trees are dying for lack of water

Reported via desktop in the Tree in poor health category anonymously at 12:19, Friday 17 July 2026 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9802839.

Several new trees were planted recently in Cotham Gardens park, in the childrens playground and also at the top of the park. They all have netting and stakes. Owing to the very hot weather they are all showing signs of extreme distress including shedding leaves, brown and crispy leaves and leaves shrivelled due to the combination of wind and heat. They desperately need watering. Don't let them die so soon after planting them.
