Parking obstructing road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9801411.

People have started parking on the LHS of Winford Grove Road which leads up to Brigewater Road. This obstructs the whole left side lane and also the view. It also makes it difficult for people to turn into that road from Bridgewater Road as they will face traffic on their side of the road. Please can you either make it clear that parking is not allowed on this road with a sign or road markings?
