  • I contact Thames Water about this amount of water on the corner of Manor Road and Lime Tree Road in Goring. They are now coming to fix the leak but told me that the blocked drain is a council problem and my local authority (South Oxon) have advised that it is the responsibility of Oxfordshire county council to repair it so would you kindly arrange to come and clear it. I look forward to hearing from you either via my mobile 07909 521691 or via email to karenbaum@hotmail.com. Thank you. Karen Baum
