Overgrown hedge

I am writing to seek some clarification regarding the maintenance and trimming responsibilities for the hedge located next to my property. When we moved into the property, the hedge was already quite overgrown, with several large branches now growing over the garage. While we do our best to tidy up the sides of the hedge occasionally—and have noticed the OCC landscaping team doing the same—the high, overgrown branches overhanging the garage have not been addressed. Could you please clarify who is responsible for trimming these higher branches? I ask because I regularly see the landscaping team maintaining similar hedges and public walkways in the immediate neighborhood, and I want to ensure we are following the correct procedures. If this falls under the responsibility of the maintenance contractors at the OCC, could you please arrange for these overhanging branches to be trimmed back?
