Overgrown grass, nettles and rubbish

This is the second time I've reported this. No point in doing an update because apparently they don't go to LCC. This pathway is disgraceful - the nettles are about 3 feet high in places making it difficult for pedestrians to walk side by side without the risk of getting stung. This pathway is always forgotten about when the grass is cut in the surrounding area. There needs to be a litter bin too - people just drop their rubbish - some has been there for months! Hopefully this second report might get the work done to clear pathway.
