Raised drain cover making noise

Thames Water have recently undertaken pipework replacement at the end of Orchard Coombe. The drain has been left raised and causes a loud noise every time someone drives over it. Not acceptable and TW need to fix it as I can hear it at all hours from our house and bedroom.

  • This drain cover was sticking up dangerously this morning - I guess due to a heavy vehicle driving over it and flipping it.

    Needs to be sorted or it’s going to cause a crash.

  • There were two gentleman looking at this yesterday. Not sure what they did but the noise is now even louder. We are now two months on from this enquiry being raised. Why are no updates being provided on here on progress. It’s very poor from the council and Thames water
