Hedge Obstructs Footpath

Reported via iOS in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 15:01, Sunday 12 February 2017

Sent to Norfolk County Council 5 minutes later

The hedge outside number 7 Tortoiseshell Way appears to have been trained to grow over the public footpath by around 12-18inches. This makes passing with a pushchair, a toddler or a dog (or all of the above!) rather difficult without walking in the road. This is on the main route to our local Kindergarten and recreation area. This pavement obstruction is adjacent to a junction and a bend in the road which only serve to exacerbate the problem.
