Cars repeatedly parked fully on pavement,

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9773440.

Cars fully parked on both sides of pavement blocking full paths, No space for pedestrians, prams, wheelchairs and risk of emergency vehicles not getting through, they have to walk on the road. Increasing problem if more vehicles now parked same.

    Still issues still not been fixed/ sorted. Ambulance had to park end of street as two cars parked fully on side to side, unfortunately I had took pictures after one saw/ heard me complaining and they moved, ( should not of parked on double yellows on a junction fully in path along side, opposite the other car fully always parked on pavement refuses to move as it is " her parking space".
