Green bench attracting Anti social behaviour

Residents reporting to the local police that the bench which is here is opposite housing and is attracting unwanted children and others late at night , they are rowdy and inconsiderate and loud , requesting the bench be moved along so it isn't outside properties . this has been an ongoing problem for several years and some residents have reported that they have contacted the council previously but had no response
