Bin keeps being thrown, outside park.

The bin outside the park gates, outside the café - lopeto, was thrown out by vandals tonight - kids, who have been plaguing the park for weeks. My friend saw them do it! A worker from cafe, put back in after. But it's not safe, as could be thrown in pond - injuring wildlife or hurled at people.

Please, can you properly arrange, for it to be secured in the ground? Also, we need more patrols by Ward. As it's not safe in the evening, which is a joke. You have refused wardens - the only park Ranger, ceased many years ago.

Money needs to be spent, Millions spent on the warehouse there, but none for security!
