Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9762823.

This road is seriously dangerous at any speed for motorcycles during the chipping and tar work. Why it is done during peak riding season baffles me. Motorcycles cannot steer and lose all grip, steering and braking. There will be a serious injury.
