Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9761833.

Reported before (and many times) so either no-one bothered to clear it or they did and it's now as bad as ever ie needs a 2-weekly, pro-active (not perpetually reactive) clean.

The entire block road gutter is always affected.
