Cyclists and motorcyclist speeding through the alleyway

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9761088.

Unsure how to categorise this report but basically cyclists and motorcyclists are speeding through the alleyway, endangering pedestrians and causing near-misses with people and vehicles. The current central pole is insufficient and a suitable barrier needs to be installed to slow them down on both ends of the path. I’ll leave for you to decide on the type as you’d need to consider those with support needs. Thank you.
