More flytipping on King Dick's Lane

Reported via desktop in the Flytipping category by Georgia Thomas at 09:38, Thursday 9 July 2026 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9758588.

A lot of items were dumped last week, which seems to be attracting additional flytipping, including this large piece of furniture.

Reducing levels of fly tipping is important so please share any evidence of who is doing it with the council.

  • State changed to: Action scheduled

Updated by Bristol City Council at 12:02, Thursday 9 July 2026

  • The above report - the extra stuff referred to appeared between 10pm wed 8th and 0730 Thurs 9th. It would appear to have come from a nearby rented property as the electrical goods had a PAT test sticker on it. Also noted distinctive pattern on footprints in the lane. Photos will be available to enforcement teams as will details of the PAT test. This morning Fri 10th between 11pm and 0630 am it has all been moved around, some things removed, some things left behind. Makes me think someone has a quilty conscience, scurrying around in the night.
