Outside chepping view primary school

Male stopped on top of the zebra crossing (car facing in the direction towards marlow road) and zig zag lines. Exited the car and opened the rear door to let a child out and walked towards the entrance of the school (the school entrance was busy with cars trying to reverse out on to cressex road and cars also driving on cressex road attempting to drive past this car stopped on the zebra crossing). Male was told by a female driver he couldn’t park there but he ignored her and carried on in to the school by walk leaving the car parked on the zebra crossing and zig zag lines parked dangerously.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
