Something has to change for CP/Anerley and Penge areas

Reported via mobile in the Environmental Services category anonymously at 19:07, Wednesday 8 July 2026 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council 1 day, 19 hours, 18 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 9756152.

I submitted a report earlier today as the road is constantly dirty and the service provider doesn’t come at least twice a week to clean Seymour Villas Road and others in the area. I took these pictures this evening and it is very bad. Something has to change as we are tired of being treated as second class citizens.

  • Thank you for your further report and for providing the photographs. Having reviewed the images, it appears that some of the locations shown may be on private land and therefore are not maintained by the London Borough of Bromley's street cleansing service. Responsibility for cleansing these areas would normally fall to the relevant landowner or managing agent. With regard to the broken glass shown in the photographs, we can confirm that this has now been cleared. We appreciate your concerns about the overall cleanliness of the area and have noted your comments regarding Seymour Villas and the surrounding streets. The concerns you have raised will be passed to the relevant service team. Thank you for taking the time to contact us.
