Vehicles are being parked near a pedestrian crossing next to a school, parked less than 10 metres from a junction, and parked on a bend, creating a blind spot for drivers. They are also completely blocking one side of the road, forcing traffic into a single alternating lane and creating a safety hazard. Issue is permanent
