Sleeping police type ridges in carriageway

Reported via iOS in the Potholes category anonymously at 18:22, Tue 7 February 2017

Sent to Norfolk County Council 3 minutes later

There are x4 macadam ridges acting as sleeping police on both southbound lanes from the services to the next exit, caused by high summer temps melting the road surface which has risen up and is hammering the suspension of traffic(not fun if your in a car with stiffened suspension) the rest of europe grinds these ridges off, looks like norfolk highway services leave it to the traffic to wear them down with time??? how about fixing them???
