143 Osborne Road, Warsash have let their bushes overgrow pavement. At least one overgrowing by 3 ft

Owner of property that bushes belong to have cut back a little bit but they are still over growing the pavement a lot in the corner of Osborn/church Road. They’ve cut back probably a few centimetres but the bushes on the corner need cutting back by about 50cm.
