20 sign and speed warning obscured by tree again

This sign is obscured by the conifers - you can’t see the sign or speed warning until you’ve passed it, so it’s functionally useless.

Please issue notice for the residence to cut the tree back sufficiently that this won’t keep being a problem - there’s a lot of speeding on this road, so the more opportunity to remind drivers that this is a 20 limit the better.
