Road Safety Issue - Reposition of Dog Bin. The reply by NCC States Team Leader carried out site visit and said this bin is not blocking any view. My report stipulates that the Drivers View of the bin is obscured on approach from either direction in North Lane and that the user or anyone standing nearby to it would not be seen until the last minute, thereby placing the user in danger (as shown in attached screenshots). Hence the request to move it across the corner to where the yellow grit bin is so all users would be seen by all vehicles. Please review this report again I think the Team Leader may have misunderstood the report.
