Constant overflowing rubbish bags

Sent to Runnymede Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9745604.

Lay by opposite Portnall Drive on the A30 has had the rubbish bins removed… flimsy bags left in place that fill up really quickly and always overflowing on to the road. Bins need to be emptied more frequantly please.
