Can someone please let me know how many more years I need to keep reporting these drains before someone takes remedial action? Thanks.

Top tip: There a GCC yard & bothy opposite and they managed to eventually clear last autumn's leaf fall off the west bound path (see last photo). So, why ignore the underpass? 'Active Travel' anyone?
