This on a DRY day.

This is an increasingly recurring issue. Unlike the start of the overpass on the east side of Vic Pk, the long thin drains here are clear but clearly no longer fit for purpose. They need replaced. Please do so. Otherwise the council's 'Active Travel' strategy is just more talk and no action. Thanks.
