This is a Bristol city council problem as is bushes/trees from Bristol city council OWNED flats. That have overgrown taking over my fence and neighbours.

Please cut these bushes back so I can put up a fence without the fear of these bushes taking over that fence too. The block flats behind watchill close on sandburrows road. These are council flats therefore council property and responsibility to maintain.
