There is a large group of up to 15 teenagers who are congregating in this area seem trying to light a fire removing the bricks and throwing them across the gardens. They were aware that I was watching as I use these Park several times a day with my dog I did not phone police. I don’t want to become a target. Both times I have seen them usually late afternoon.
