Excessive number of vehicles from one house on the small cul-de-sac

Reported via mobile in the Car parking category anonymously at 23:02, Saturday 4 July 2026

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9733929.

The street "Grasmere Close LS12 1LX" has only 10 houses, but one house has at any given time between 7 and 12 vehicles most are not taxed, other vehicles visit pick up and drop of hold all bags from the boots of the vehicles, vehicles are in good condition and you could place bets that they will be smashed at the back end within a few weeks, the parking is causing accessibility issues for all residents of the street, bin wagon repeatedly does not collect waste as it cannot enter the street. I also consider it a safety concern has if one of the end of the st house was to have a house fire iy would be impossible for a fire engine to enter the street never mind get close enough to the houses furthest from the entrance to the cul-de-sac. I have reported this to connect housing who own these houses they pass the book back to us tenants, how are we meant to collect evidence it is not to us to stand near the vehicles taking details or taking photographs for fear of reprisals I have brought it to the attention of connect housing and a unsure who can help with this antisocial parking and dangerous safety risks these vehicles pose to the streets residents. The issue has been going on for at least 6 years
