Crossing always floods

The crossing, from the arnside side crossing to Tesco, always always floods in the winter, right on the bit where people are meant to cross safely. It has done this ever since they did the work on the crossing a few years ago. Please could someone check annd clear out all the drains nearby, …or build it properly.
