Black Volvo with no number plates abandoned in parking area

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9723985.

There is a black Volvo with no number plates but has a dinner plate on the windscreen and at least one window down that is abandoned near the bottom of Havenfield road blocking parking for other vehicles that actually need it. Presumably no tax MOT or insurance but no way to check these as it has no number plates on it. It has been there for at least 3 months probably longer.
