Unauthorised painting/graffiti of council owned property causing a major eyesor in the area. Repeat offender.

The tenant at this property has scrawled "No Parking In Front of the Gate" ( in fact there is no gate. It is a major eyesore in an otherwise attractive street. The property is council owned and I believe the tenant has not had permission to deface the property in this manner. We have also spoken to them about a previous incident of graffiti, which was removed by painting over, however thisn has not deterred them from doing it again.
