Customer wishes to report uneven road surface and make a claim. The road has dropped by 4" down a length of the road in the middle.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. The officer for the area visited site and we can confirm that jobs were raised for defects at the location at the time of the incident. Thank you for reporting this matter.
