Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9698305.

The bushes and hedges along this pathway have overgrown so much people can't walk past each other with out going on the road. Yesterday I was walking my newborn in his pram and a lady on a disabled scooter was coming the other way and I then had to go onto the road so she could get past. This can't right and needs to be addressed please.
