‘Deep Cleans’, ‘Gully Cleans’, ‘Neighbourhood Clean Teams’ + ‘Active Travel’ initiatives. Yet despite 3 years of reporting, these 11 choked cycle & pedestrian path & park drains (all within a 5-10 minute walk of the Victoria Park GCC work yard) remain. Why?
