The whole road in Park St and Cornmarket Thame is a disgrace with estimate 20-30 serious potholes and has been this way for many months. It is letting the town of Thame down.

The potholes in Park Street look very similar to the example photo for 'roads that require urgent maintenance' shown in your Highways Asset Management Plan - page 2

A number of the larger potholes meet the safety detect criteria set on your OCC The Little Book Highway Defects guidance notes. (Deeper than 40mm and diameter larger than 150mm). Given the above please confirm the risk management factor number for these potholes as shown on page 7 of the document.
