No markings at Graham street bus stop Newhaven road

Sent to Edinburgh City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 968620.
I would be grateful if you pass the following to the council. I am requesting road markings at Graham street bus stop marking it out as a bus stop with yellow lines around it to prevent parking on the bus stop.
My son is a wheelchair user and is unable to use this bus stop which is the nearest to our home. The bus stop is not marked and the bus can never pull up to the pavement to enable the ramp to be lowered onto the pavement as there are always cars parked on the bus stop. The bus can only lower the ramp onto the road and there is no lowered kerb at this point meaning that he has to stay on the road in his wheelchair until he can get onto the pavement a few yards further on. This is extremely dangerous as it is a very busy road. The alternative is to go onto the next bus stop across Ferry road. He then has to backtrack crossing the busy junction at Ferry road. The pavement on the other side is narrow and sloped and he has difficulty getting safely around the corner without tipping up.
I have been asking for the bus stop to be marked out for the last year including reporting it online, logging it with the council service desk in Leith library, contacting my councillors and MSP who passed it on to road management at the council but I have heard no more and the problem has not been dealt with.

I have rung to chase it up and they are supposed to be getting back to me but haven't.

Despite promises that this would be dealt with it has still not been done. Are the council waiting for an accident to happen before they will take any action?
