Abandoned Vehicle left on Concrete Blocks

Vehicle has been abandoned partly on Footpath and has had wheels removed and dumped onto concrete blocks, also has number plates removed.

  • VIN scratched off, no number plates and serial number on inside of bonnet also scratched off. Window now smashed and glass on pavement caused little girl to come off her bike and injured herself. Abandoned vehicle now attracting vandalism.
