Flooding at Saltford shops coming in through air bricks

Hello, please can you urgently empty the gullies at Saltford shops. As well as emptying the gullies, the line needs jetting from the final gully out the manhole in direction of the bus stop to remove the silt that always builds up. The storm that we just had creates a huge lake that people cannot get past but also causes water to go into the air bricks in front of the pharmacy which damages the property. Other properties also have it coming inside, including the doctor surgery.
