Drain much lower than road

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9663393.

Drain much lower than road , such that driving over it would damage a car's chassis, steering etc . I have to take avoidance measures and have nearly hit oncoming traffic.
