Rubbished dumped in the carpark and also behind the green BT cabinet

The state ofcambridge street is getting beyond a joke. Rubbish was dumped in the early hours this morning (26/01/2017) in the carpark at rhe side of the flats and the box of rubbish behind the BT cabinet on said stretet has been there for weeks! Its a blatent disregard for the people who live in the area and use the carpark and general disrespect for the comunity.

What measurments will be put in place to clear it up and also prevent it from being a recurring problem?
