Manhole rocking in cover making loud noise

This manhole is on the high street in Chalgrove at the junction with Quartermain Road. This morning works were carried out in this location on this manhole and after reseating the cover the manhole now rocks and creates a loud noise with every vehicle that travels over it which is very disturbing. It should have been reseted properly after the works were completed please can you attend to this. Many thanks.
