Waste, scrap and a unroadworthy vehicle.
Reported via desktop in the Environmental Services category anonymously at 06:36, Sunday 21 June 2026 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Bromley Council 4 days, 8 hours, 32 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 9656545.
Three vans are located here everyday for the couple of years with various amounts of litter, rubbish and scrap metal causing the area to become unsafe and unclean. The people using these spots seem to be running what appears to be a waste/scrap business and the detritus and debris are a constant hazard with metals and glass bits left in the surrounding street and immediate vicinity. One of the vans registration is (BV57ORO) a white Ford and the other is a Red Ford of the same design. The third vehicle is of a similar design and has a green cab with a mechanical arm on the flat bed. It has been a blight on the estate which has caused unnecessary noise and disruption to this part of the estate. Not to mention the fires they have had going on next to the red van as of this year.

The red van has been removed now by the owners. However there is still glass and debris on the corner of this close at the entrance between Waltham Close and Westwell close. The white van flatbed registration is now parked on Westwell Close. The green van with a arm in the back of the flatbed is normally moved during the day and returns in the evening.

There is also a red BMW parked on Waltham close which has smashed windows and doesn't appear to be road worthy.

The van has gone and the litter has been cleared. I bet it won't be long before the litter returns. However the red BMW is still parked on Waltham Close. The license plate is (X39OGF). The windows are smashed on the vehicle and looks like it has been dumped there.
