Repainting of parking spaces

There are limited parking spaces in the village and this is a bay for 3 vehicles but regularly has 2 cars parked in ridiculous ways like shown. Can these lines be repainted and can the spaces be painted into 3 so people parking know and reduces risk of parking illegally elsewhere

West Derby Village just gets busier and busier and these spaces are not used properly because of a lack of lines. Please get this resolved thanks
