The site is causing numerous problems from their building plan. Staff and contractors are parking all around the Charles Church development on the completed residential areas, over the ends of driveways causing a hazard ti pull out and on some occasions blocking access, parking down private roads and on pavements and over curbs. Parking is also on grassed areas causing damage. Food litter in the form of packaging and bottles being discarded all over the development by their staff. Chipped windscreens to cars from stones and debris flicking up and punctured tyres from bolts from scaffolding that is coming down in parts. No care or attention to being considerate builders policy. The roads through he development are filthy from works being carried out which is being taken out onto the main Ettington Road which in the icy conditions of the last few days/weeks has caused cars to slide and no road cleaning being carried out at any time.
Warwickshire County Council has received your report which will be reviewed accordingly. There are no automatic updates to the status of this report - this is something we are working on as part of the improvements to fault reporting.

Still dirty roads, broken down kerbs from workers cars parking in grass verges, grass verges chained up to mud areas with deliveries driving over them, rubbish everywhere and yet another broken windscreen from debris from the building site flicking into window and smashing it. So far, 4 windscreens and 2 tyres with bolts penetrating the wheel. Totally unacceptable

The building work by United Living in the Ettington Park development is still causing issues with workmen parking on kerbs to the point of breaking them down completely and parking in grass verges destroying all the grass. The roads onto the Ettington Road from this development is affected by potholes by areas of road dug up and not filled in or tarmaced on and there are stones and rocks as debris over all the access roads. Chipped windscreens remain an ongoing problem. As a council you have not dealt with the problems nor have you monitored the builder. The roads in and out have not had a raid sweeper cleaning them for 6 months or more.
